Welcome to AppHalt, an application developed and operated by Gabriel Nion, a self-employed entrepreneur registered in France (“We”). By using AppHalt, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).
2. Services Offered
AppHalt allows users to pause applications on macOS to optimize system performance. It is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to use AppHalt for illegal purposes or in violation of these T&C. Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. Pricing & Payment
The free version allows up to 2 applications to be paused simultaneously. The full version, with additional features, is available for purchase through our payment partner, Paddle. All payments are processed in Euros (€).
5. Refund Policy
We follow Paddle’s refund policy, detailed in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to AppHalt, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Gabriel Nion. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7. Liability Limitation
We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use AppHalt.
8. Changes to the T&C
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website. You are responsible for reviewing the T&C regularly.
